Get Started: Our Estate Planning Questionnaire will guide you through the information you need to gather and the key decisions to make. You will automatically receive a link to access and fill out our online Estate Planning Questionnaire upon receipt of a $250 deposit which will be credited to the total cost of your package. Just click “add to cart” below and then follow the checkout process.
Initial Meeting: Meet with an attorney to review your responses (30 minutes in person at our office in Monroe or by virtual meeting). Payment in full will be made at the meeting based on the level of Estate Plan needed.
Review drafts: Review your draft estate plan documents prepared by an attorney and sent to you via email. We will work with you to make any edits necessary.
Execution Meeting: Sign your final estate plan documents at a final in-person meeting before two witnesses and a notary (required by Georgia law)
