Get Started: Click HERE to pay a $250 deposit and we will send you the password to access and fill out our online Will Questionnaire through the links below.

Initial Meeting: Meet with an attorney to review your responses (30 minutes in person at our office in Monroe or by virtual meeting).   

Review drafts: Review your draft estate plan documents prepared by an attorney and sent to you via email.  We will work with you to make any edits necessary. 

Execution Meeting: Sign your final estate plan documents at a final in-person meeting before two witnesses and a notary (required by Georgia law)
